There is a large master bedroom with its own bathroom area and a smaller, separate room currently used as a TV room but which could be used as a second bedroom.

Downstairs is a large, private garage, fantastic for storage, and a large, equipped games room which can be accessed by all guests, providing a pool table, table tennis, darts, table football etc.

B&B accommodation

Also located in the converted barn but accessed via its own separate entrance are two B&B rooms, rated 9.7 on Booking.com, each with its own bathroom. Downstairs is a cave converted into a smart dining room which can be used for breakfasts and/or meals/wine tasting sessions etc.

Gites

There are two separate gites, the first being the large, original farmhouse which has a spacious family kitchen, a comfortable lounge, five bedrooms and three bathrooms. It is heated by two wood burners and electric radiators, so can be rented in all year. Sleeping up to twelve people and easily accommodating large families and groups of friends, it is very popular with our guests. The second gite has a lounge/kitchen area and two double bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. The smaller gite has electric radiators and reversible air conditioning. Each gite has its own private terrace enjoying views over the countryside.

Camping

We have a beautiful camping area for those guests who wish to enjoy the outdoor life. There are six pitches all with electric hook-up, ideal for tents, caravans and/or motorhomes. In addition, there is a toilet block with two toilets, two showers, a washroom and sinks for washing up. There is also a camping kitchen with electric hob, fridge, sinks etc.

Outdoor area

Next to the campsite is a 10x5 metre saltwater swimming pool which provides a tranquil spot to relax in the summer months. The pool has a new liner and an automatic pH adjustment, so is very low maintenance. There is also a petanque pitch and space for children to play on the camping field. There is ample parking for guests in addition to our private parking.
