The Mill has a full French ownership rights, therefore it has a right of water and has a turbine of 6 kw/h, which permits reducing the electricity bills. The firewood comes from the property and is used in the wood boiler, or wood stove. The Mill benefits from its own water supply from the source at the top of the property.
