FARMHOUSE WITH APARTMENTS
The sturdy farmhouse with stunning views of the surrounding area has been divided into five apartments, each with private entrance. Around the farmhouse are shady terraces and a large garden with seatings and two (hot) tubs.
The apartment, on the side of the house (68 m2), has a downstairs master bedroom with adjoining bathroom, upstairs a living room with a kitchen and terrace (45 m2) with also stunning views. Really, a lovely place to live.
The other 4 apartments are rented to guests. They are comfortable and cozy, with original features and differ in shape and size. Each apartment includes a living room with kitchen, bathroom and one or more bedrooms. There are two apartments for 2 persons (32 m2 and 36 m2), one for 3 persons (42 m2) and the largest is for 4-5 people (60 m2) with a spacious balcony (20 m2).
The former indoor ox stable (55 m2) has been converted into a cozy meeting room / shared kitchen, a shop and a separate reading and games corner. The house has partly a basement (25 m2). In the second former stable (25 m2) you can find an original pizza oven and a modern heating system: a large wood stove, gas and solar collectors (2007). There are two attics (16 m2 and 32 m2). The whole house has central heating and Wifi.
The shaded campsite (1.8 hectares) has 15 spacious tent sites in and around the walnut grove. There is a beautiful block for services (2011, 95m2) with showers, toilets, sinks, refrigerators, charging stations and a large covered veranda with (dish) wash places. The professional technical installation has annually a check. In the season are 3 luxury safari tents and 3 comfortable tents for hire, and 9 places for guests who are camping with their own tent.
The secluded estate of 7.5 hectares consists, in addition to the farmhouse and camping, of various fruit orchards, a small olive orchard, a walnut orchard, a small vineyard, two agriculture fields and a large woodland. The property also has a garage with a separate area for freezer and washing machines, a large parking area (18 cars) and 2 old stone barns, now used for storage.
